Each order is meticulously packed in insulated polystyrene containers and wrapped in paper to maintain freshness and quality during transit. To further safeguard the delicate nature of our truffles, dry ice is placed inside the container to maintain a constant low temperature until they reach their destination.

While we strive to process orders promptly, please note that the nature of fresh truffles may occasionally result in slight delays. Rest assured that we prioritize the quality and freshness of our products above all else.

For rapid delivery, fresh truffle orders are shipped exclusively by air to ensure that they arrive at their destination within 24-48 hours from the time of shipping. Our commitment to swift and efficient service means that you can enjoy the exquisite taste of fresh truffles without delay.

For non-perishable items, such as truffle-infused products, we offer shipping options via USPS Standard Ground (2-7 business days) or expedited air shipping (1-2 business days), allowing you to choose the option that best suits your needs.

For orders containing both perishable and non-perishable items, we prioritize the freshness and quality of your products by exclusively offering UPS air shipping options. This ensures that your entire order arrives promptly and intact, maintaining the integrity of both perishable and non-perishable items during transit.

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays, and deliveries are typically not made on these days. When calculating your arrival date, it's important to exclude Saturdays and Sundays from the estimated shipping time.

Shipping Options for Alaska and Hawaii

We ship Fresh Truffles to Alaska and Hawaii by Air. We ship non-perishables to Alaska and Hawaii according to the following schedule.

Express Shipping - USPS Priority Mail

Ships Monday – Friday, Arrives 3 – 5 business days after order is shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

APO/FPO & International addressesWe ship non-perishable products to APO/FPO addresses by USPS Priority Mail only.

We do not regularly ship in other Country. 

 We ship outside United Stated upon evaluation on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for more information regarding shipments to international addresses.

EXCHANGES

M Fresco, Inc do not offer product exchange, please follow the return policy and place a new order for the desired product.

RETURN POLICY

At M Fresco, Inc., we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you find that you need to return an item, please note the following guidelines:

We accept return requests for items that are unopened and unused, provided they are in their original packaging (if applicable) and in the same condition as when you received them.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for perishable items due to their sensitive nature.

If you wish to initiate a return, please ensure that we receive your request within 10 days of the date you received your item.

REFUNDS

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. Refunds will be issued for eligible items returned in accordance with our policy.

RETURN SHIPPING

After you've submitted a return request to the attention of Mr. Kevin at customerservice@mfrescoinc.com, we will promptly send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print out the label and affix it to your package before returning it to us. Kindly note that you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund once the returned items are received and inspected.
