Shipping & Returns

We ship Fresh Truffles wrapped in paper, in insulated polystyrene containers.
Dry Ice is placed inside to ensure that the Truffles are kept at a constant low temperature until destination.
Orders are usually processed within 1 working day, but sometimes can take longer than expected given the nature of the Product.
In order to ensure rapid delivery, Fresh Truffles orders are shipped by Air only and usually reach their destination within 24-48 hours at most from the time of shipping.
Non-perishable items may be shipped via USPS Standard Ground (2-7 business days) or any by Air Shipping option (1-2 business day).
Combined items - If you have selected both perishable and non-perishable items in your cart, the order will only be shipped with UPS by Air options.
If you need other shipping options or more information, please feel free to call us. 
 
We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Generally, deliveries are not made on Saturday or Sunday and you should not count these days when calculating your arrival date.

USPS Standard - Ground
Ships Monday – Friday, Arrives 2 – 7 business days after order is shipped
UPS 2nd Day Air
Ships Monday – Friday, Arrives 2 business days after order is shipped
UPS Next Day Air Early
Ships Monday – Friday, Arrives 1 business day after order is shipped
UPS Next Day Air
Ships Friday after order is received, Arrives Saturday after order is shipped.

We ship Fresh Truffles to Alaska and Hawaii by Air
We ship non-perishables to Alaska and Hawaii according to the following schedule.
Express Shipping - USPS Priority Mail
Ships Monday – Friday, Arrives 3 – 5 business days after order is shipped.
Shipping Restrictions
APO/FPO & International addresses
We ship non-perishable products to APO/FPO addresses by USPS Priority Mail only.
We do not regularly ship in other Country.
   We ship outside United Stated upon evaluation on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for more information regarding shipments to international addresses.

RETURN POLICY

We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened and unused. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.

We do not accept returns for perishable items.

If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 5 days of the date you received your item.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.

If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.

M Fresco, Inc do not offer product exchange, please follow the return policy and place a new order for the desired product.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

After you’ve submitted a return request to the ATTN Mr Kevin at customerservice@mfrescoinc.com we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix to your package.

You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
